"Upgrade Session" dialog in UI3.htm

Lately, I'm getting a dialog titled "Upgrade Session" with the text "This feature requires a user account with more permissions." whenever I try to change profile using the UI3,HTM in a browser.

When I click on any profile number

I get this:

It doesn't matter what account I log in with (all have admin privileges), I can't change profiles.

Any ideas why I'm getting this all of a sudden?

bertserkin: I am now having the very same problem. Did you ever find a resolution for this problem? I have sifted through everything and can't figure out why this is happening. Please let me know... and Happy New Year!
 
After WEEKS of dealing with an incompetent support person, I did finally get a resolution. In the BI app, open settings and select Users and then select the user you log in with in UI3.htm. Click EDIT and then check the "Profile/schedule changes" box.
