Updating BI past 5.9.4.8 forces database rebuild

It feels like this happens too often. If you update to 5.9.4.9 or 5.9.4.10, you will have to wait for the clip database to fully rebuild. On my system with just 5 TB of storage for motion-triggered clips, this takes HOURS, during which nothing can be recorded. This database is such a joke.

I ran into the same thing, was wondering where all my alert recordings went.

This also happened to me after updates 5.9.4.8 and 5.9.4.9. My full rebuilds take only about a half-hour, but annoying nonetheless.

Immediately before updating to 5.9.4.10 today, I performed a database Compact/Reindex. This time I avoided a third full database rebuild in as many days. Maybe related, maybe just a coincidence.
