Update failed, 12002

The automated updates have failed with 12002 since 3.60. Worked fine before that, no changes to network or BI pc. Updating manually (BI -> Options -> Check for Updates) has worked in the past, however now (attempting to update to 3.60.04) it's hanging at "Downloading update (128k/28692k)" for a long time, then fails with 12002. Verified network & internet connectivity is fine from BI pc. As 12002 is some kind of timeout, I disabled my firewall & tried the update again. This time it hung at 48k/28692k and then failed with 12002.

Anyone else seeing this and/or know what's causing it?

Update: Enabled firewall, tried a couple more times to update, finally downloaded and installed ok. Seems that the server providing the update files must be busy. The default time for automatic updating is 2 AM, so I'll bet everyone is hitting the download at the same time. I'll pick another time and see how it goes.

Hah. Yeah. He probably should have set the default update time to be random in a certain time range, like 2AM to 4AM.
