I'm trying to set up the app abnd running into some problems...

My network is unique in that I have a Cradlepoint that uses wifi as WAN to supply internet from any on 3 different mifis depending which one I have at the house at the moment...

The Mifi is 191.168.0.10 with dhcp on
Blueiris server is 192.168.0.51 connected to Cradlepoint via ethernet
Port 81 is forwarded to the BI server

I am still not able to connect using the username/pw in the BI settings.

You'll need a "public" IP for your WAN for remote access, not to be confused with a "static" or "dynamic" IP. Most satellite and cellular ISPs utilize carrier-grade NAT and do not provide a public IP.

To find out, first read this Cradlepoint Knowledgebase article ==>> How to determine if you have a publicly routable IP address

Good thought! Just checked and BI server address marhces the public address returned by ipchicken.com so it should be routable... The Mifis are in a commercial account
