Im running firmware V5.3.3 build 150610 and have previously been using a 250GB USB hard drive to record and store continuously vids from the camera
Thats been working OK - but I noticed some lag in the videos - so decided to partition a hard drive on my server
The partition has been set to 250GB - working fine as a windows share too
But I cant get it initialised in this camera software
It formats and shows the correct size as 240 odd GB - but then it goes offline and then uninitialised
I think lots of people have this problem but cant seem to find a solution - I maybe going back to usb recording at this point!
Any advice would be great - seems well flakey this bit!
