Unable to view live camera feed from Hikvision IVMS 4200 & Cloud Storage Suggestion

Good afternoon,

Is there someone that can assist on why I can not see a live feed of thru the Hikvision IVMS 4200 software for just one camera ?. I added a new camera and for whatever reason I can not see a live view. I can view live from the NVR directly. I have 6 other cameras that I can see just fine thru the Hikivision client.

Also does anyone have any recommendations for a Cloud Storage provider that the NVR can interface with if there was a loss or hard drive failure to the NVR?

Have you given yourself access to Liveview on the NVR and the Client? If you added a camera and forgot to 'tick' access to live view could be the problem.
