Hi guys.
Wondering if you could provide some assistance. I have 8 dahua cameras connected to NVR and issue is that I am no longer able to get online. Can access footage via wifi and using http however when I leave that house and use mobile data says its not connected. I guess during COVID didnt really need to go anywhere but now need to access cameras.
My cctv guy came and couldnt figure it out.
My thinking is that its something to do with the NVR however I also have a Dahua doorbell which same issue can only use if I am connected to WIFI. For this reason I dont think its NVR issue as both things are not working online. CCTV guy said its something to do with router. I factory reset the router and still same issue. System are from 2017 and not sure if there was some sort of update that triggered it all?
Doorbell won't ring on my phone if I am out of the house as it is no longer online as well. Says its online on the doorbell however this is not the case.
Hopefully someone has a solution as it is driving me insane... many thanks!
