Not sure I understand why this is happening. See screenshots. Thanks!

What do you have the Default max FPS (in the view's webcasting menu) set to.

I always had it at 15FPS when I was on BI version 4. When I upgraded to BI 5 it was set to 5FPS. When I changed it to 15, I got that message. I tried to slowly walk it back, but it seems that 5FPS is the best I can do.

Struggling to find that setting. Is it a camera setting or global setting?

In the main BI window, not UI3 window, top right, next to the View pull-down menu is a gear. Click that.

Top right corner, Max default FPS. You have 10, start walking it back. I had to go to 5 to get UI from freezing and the dreaded orange 12:20.

The message in UI3 technically is referring to the CPU you are running UI3 on. If the BI server doesn't have enough CPU time, it typically compensates by silently dropping frames in the stream it sends to UI3. UI3 won't even know anything is wrong in that case.

Note that the 5FPS is view specific. But when you select a specific cam, you get the FPS of that cam.
