UI3 10s skip back - doesn't always work

I've enabled the 10s skip buttons in UI3. I find the 10s skip back frequently doesn't work, and actually starts skipping forward. Has anyone else found this?

UI3 is funny about clips that are still being recorded to, since the duration keeps changing and getting out of sync between Blue Iris and UI3. I'm betting this bug only affects clips that are still being recorded. Yes?

Using Win 7 & Chrome, I just spent 15 minutes jumping back and forth 10 seconds on both a clip that was still recording, and one that was not.
Both the icons and the left/right arrows worked perfectly.

Sometimes it works on my system, sometimes it doesn't. Both remote, and locally. Usually it's after I've dragged the slider bar to a time period I want to review, then start clicking the back or forward 10s.

I just tried it, and of course it works perfectly right now.
