I've been trying to renewBlue Iris support and maintenance and haven't been provided a key in the email (like in the past). Credit Card has been charged and order shows up but there is no key provided in the email confirming the order. Has something changed?
Update: Digital River says there is an issue with the publisher (Blue Iris) providing keys.
