Trying to renew Blue Iris..no key

I've been trying to renewBlue Iris support and maintenance and haven't been provided a key in the email (like in the past). Credit Card has been charged and order shows up but there is no key provided in the email confirming the order. Has something changed?

Update: Digital River says there is an issue with the publisher (Blue Iris) providing keys.

I think it took a few hours, or longer, to get the update key. When mine auto updated this year, I got a couple of warning emails, and then an email from Digital River with the key. Just have patience, and check your spam folder.

Perhaps see if rebooting your system running Blue Iris might help. It may get get recognized as renewed License and start running.
 
Email is a shitty system in general, and lots of things can delay or prevent delivery of messages. I'm sure BI support will help you, but response time can be well over 24 hours sometimes depending on email volume and complexity of issues that others are having at the moment.
