Just set up and having a couple of issues. Here's what I have:

Found and initialized in Duhua tool. I can see the image fine. - No problem.
When I access via IP address on the web I can get to the interface fine but the image never appears. - The circle thing goes round and round.
I can add it in Surveillance Station as a generic ONIF device. However, when I open it up to edit, SS automatically changes the IP address to one that is already used. If I change the IP back, it works but then my settings are back to default again.

Scratching my head a bit.....

I've had the issue with the circle going round and round in the web client if the FPS didn't match the iFrame interval. Seems like an issue with the new "no plugin required" video display IMO (assuming this model supports that). You're using Chrome or Firefox?

I'm using Chrome. Trying to find those settings (lots of settings!).

I have this camera and I use Google Chrome with the NACL Web Plug-in and have no issues.

I do not use SS, I use Blue Iris, so I can't say. But below are my settings for video. Why are you using 720p for your main stream?

Also, I am using H.264, not H.264H encoding.

Should I turn off substream?
I don't think having a sub stream enabled uses any extra camera resources until something actually connects to it and starts pulling video.
