Trouble Adding Hikvision NVR to EZVIZ App

I have a DS-7608NI-I2/8P NVR and I got everything set up and running with my cameras but having difficulty adding the NVR to the EZVIZ app so I can view everything in the app. I enabled platform access on the NVR but when trying to add it to the app, it gets to 90% configuring and then says it ran into an error. Anyone else had anything similar or know the answer to get it added to the app?
 
I was able to get it figured out. It was showing Offline under Platform Access. For some reason under Configuration -> Basic Settings -> TCP/IP there was no IPv4 Default Gateway and the Preferred DNS Server and Alternate DNS Server spaces were blank. Once I filled those in it showed Online and added easily. I'm not sure if this was something I didn't do on initial setup or what but could be a simple solution if anyone is searching for the same issue and had the same problem as I did.
