Trouble adding DS-2CD2085 HIK cam

I have BI system with numerous HIK cameras working fine.
Trying to add new one and don't seem to be able to select main and sub streams in configuration.
If I find/inspect and Go with defaults BI can connect to the camera but cannot select Main and sub streams as in attached file new cam.png

If I manually select HIK camera I also don't have option to select main and sub streams. But it will connect to camera.

If I export the profile of another working camera (old camera.PNG attached) and change the IP address to the new camera it will not connect.

Have the stream profiles changed on the new camera or is there a setting I need to make inside the camera?

My goal here is to be able to use main and third streams.

I suspect it is a ONVIF password conflict.

Do the find/inspect and post the pop up window and if one of the first lines is Bad Response that is an indication that the ONVIF user doesn't have the same password you have (can happen if you have changed password or if something got wonky in firmware).

Usually a factory reset and set it back up will resolve it.

Here is popup

After fiddling a bit if I select default for both main and sub streams in BI
and put in
/Streaming/Channels/101 for main and
/Streaming/Channels/103 for sub (i have 3rd stream enabled in cam)

It seems to work, it's just bothering me that I don't get the correct drop-down in BI.
Still want me to do a factory reset?
