triggered clips no longer showing on clip list in BI android app

Lately, 7 of my 15 cameras, are not showing triggered clips in my BI android app like they used to.
I can launch UI3 (or the BI console) on my Windows pc and there are indeed triggered clips there for those cameras.
What would cause me not to be able to see the triggered on the right?

Yes, the increment box is ticked on all cameras, but, I just noticed that the cameras that don't show triggered clips have the "fire when" set to "Never".
The cameras that have triggered clips have that setting set to "this camera is triggered".
I remember doing this a couple weeks ago because my phone was receiving push notifications for cameras I didn't want them for.
I thought this was the setting to turn off to not receive them.
Either way, I thank you for your help!
 
I think I spoke too soon thinking turning on the "this camer is triggered" would work, it didn't.
I still have clips being recorded on those cameras but they still aren't showing up in the triggered clips list on my phone.
when I click on the blank space (where the clips should be) it just shows a live video of that camera.
Additional suggestions welcomed.
 
Post a SC of your motion / trigger settings and what version of BI you running
