Trigger using camera's digital input or motion?

How do I get this to work with a Foscam FI9805P and FI9831W?
The cameras see the motion and send me an email snapshot, but BI does not trigger!?!?
I have the tick box selected under Video->Configure->Other options...
If I enable the BI motion detect, it works, but I don't have the horsepower to run 3 cameras!

Any help is appreciated!

@dick_cranium Welcome to the forum..I dont believe this function works with foscam...Axis is known to work..and the pir sensor on the hikvision 2432 can be made to work with this option, see this thread. http://www.ipcamtalk.com/showthread.php?2440-In-camera-motion-detection
