Hi All
Got a TP link N220 cam. It is not listed in the Blue Iris configuration list.
Does anyone know if it is possible to get it running.
It runs great on its own Android app but I would like to get it on Blue Iris too.
Regards
Charlie

Many "cloud" cameras cannot send a local stream to third party vms. You can try these methods..
https://www.ipcamtalk.com/showthrea...amera-to-BI-that-is-not-in-the-drop-down-list
The camera is a low resolution mpeg only camera, I would return it.

Hi Fender,
Thanks for the reply and link, I have Robert Chou's app scanning it now.
I bought it for a backup to Blue Iris. It can watch a key area of my property.
If the machine that runs BI fails, this should work independantly.
Res is not great but I can see if someone is intruding and listen in too.
Regards
Charlie

Got this working with some help from a TP-Link forumite.
Heres the setup for anyone looking.
Settings
Make GENERIC
In dropdown (near top) RTSP H.264/MJPG/MPEG4
path /h264_vga.sdp
Don't forget to forward port as usual in router interface. Port number can be changed in camera interface.

beware that forwarding these cameras that rarely get security updates is a risk..you are better off simply using the blue iris webserver or a vpn.
