Tinycam pro -PTZ troubleshooting Amcrest IP2M-866W

Dear commuinty,
i`'m usingtinyy cam pro on my smartphone app.
I installed an Amcrest IP2M-866W ,watching and all skills are working
but unfortuneately no PTZ command is working

i edited an amcrest ip2m 841 also with ptz features etc-because my cam 866 is not listed

do you have an idea ?
thx for support or a simple idea for troubleshhoting this

Try IP2M-858 in TinyCam. I have that camera and PTZ works. It's a Speed Dome Camera, and so is the IP2M-866.
