Time to upgrade - please help

I am currently running 9 cameras - some sub stream but others are 24/7 main stream. I’ve recently added HA all on the same box.

Currently running i3-9100f, 16gb ram, 1650Super. I am starting to hit CPU limits.

thoughts were to upgrade to a newer Ryzen CPU and maybe 32gb ram? What CPU / board combo is the best value for money these days? Thinking I could maybe get rid of the 1650Super and just do CPU AI for person detection in case of GPU?

I was recently investigating options for motion detection and object detection. Seems there are a few solutions that work well with a Coral TPU.

In short, CPU performs motion detection and sends snapshot to Coral TPU for object detection.
