Time overlay messed up

It seems whenever I export a clip from BI from a camera using h265 it messes up the time overlay. The video otherwise is fine its just the overlay, recording or playback in BI are all fine its only occurs on export. I am not using BI overlay but rather the built in Camera overlay.

If I check the re-encode option the export is perfect or if I set the camera back to using h264 and no-recode it is also prefect. Any ideas what I can change?

I strongly recommend that you put the time on the Video in the camera, not in BI. If the time stamp is not on the video, it will most likely not stand up in court.

I do not know about BI overlays.... If this is important , send in a problem report to the developer (KEN).
