Time keeps changing back

Hi guys,
I recently bought the IPC-T5241H-AS-PV from Andy and I am facing a problem with the time setting.
I go to general system settings, set the time (sync with PC) and leave everything else unchecked.
I save this and next day the time is back to "winter" time, so an hour behind.

Any idea?

You need to setup daylight savings time in the camera.

Ok, thats it?
I was figuring that if I dont check that box it should just accept the time that I put in there.
Well, apparently not.
