test emails work, but motion detection emails are not sent

I have LTS / HIKvision cameras

Have been able to configure and test emails. Confirm gmail accounts send and receive test emails

have used the following settings to configure motion detection

I go out into the yard and jump up and down to set off camera

motion detection alarms are sent to nvms7000, but emails don't get sent

Here are motion detection settings

Both Enable Motion Detection and Enable Dynamic Analysis for Motion are checked
