Take pics when alerted

Hi I'm using BI with AI and if an alert is detected I would like to take a JPEG but the pics are always emty.
So if someone is going trough the frame the pics have nobody in them.

Hope someone can help me with that.
 
We need to see your motion settings and then some examples to help pinpoint the issue.

I use codeprojectAI for analyse and it works very good.

I have setup a telegram bot to send me some screenshots when it detects and confirms an alert.
But the problem is the pics it takes are not instant. For example, if i would go to my mailbox and take a package and leave, the pic would be empty.
If i then check the alert clip, everything is on it. I also have checked timestamps with alert and screenshot time and its about 10 sec too late. So, i don't know how I can remove the 10 sec delay from the jpg pic.
 
Uncheck use mainstream

Check begin analysis with leading edge

Switch to simple algorithm

If that doesn't work then add something like giraffe in the to cancel box and that will force it to use all images and then pick the best one
