Synology Surveillance Station advanced settings

I've connected my IPC-T5442T-ASE to Synology Surveillance Station and all seems to be working. I want the best possible settings, but I can't really figure out what to set under advanced:

What do I choose for "streaming information source"? It is not clear to me what the difference is between "RTSP" and "Streaming"...

I have one of my cameras on an DS920+ and used the settings below.
However, I had to choose a different model as it did not recognize my IPC-B5442E-ZE.
Overall, the features are very good, but not $50 a camera good. I'll likely move to BlueIris at some point (currently on Dahua DVR).
