Switch powered by POE?

I have a situation where I would like to have two cameras where there is currently only one and no easy way to run a second cable.

My first thought was to plug that one cable into a POE switch and run two cables off of that but there is no nearby electrical outlet . So my second thought was "Is there a Switch powered by POE?" I'm guessing this is most likely not possible due to POE limitations but I figured I'd ask.

Or does anyone else have a better solution to this situation??

Something like this IPCT post? (found with the search box): DGS-1100-05PD PoE-Powered 5-Port Gigabit Switch and PoE Extender , looks like Newegg and B&H Photo both have it for $30. ePOE input, 2 POE output plus 2 regular network outputs you might not need. Per User Manual:

NOTE: The power budget is 18 Watts with 802.3at and 8 Watts with 802.3af for DGS-1100-05PD -- maybe because the switch can consume 7 watts by itself

Also found this one, reads similar option to power fomr POE: Intellinet 5-Port PoE-Powered Gigabit Switch with PoE 561082 B&H --the manual for this device states 25W power budget when powered over POE/POE+ but not seeing what it consumes for internal use, so who knows if you could power 2-3 devices or not without testing it.

Not sure what environment you would be putting it into (i.e., attic?) and dont have experience with either one myself, but on the surface look like candidates.

Power is the thing you have to be mindful of. Most fixed cameras draw less than 10w. 802.3af is limited to 13W, so a higher power device like a PoE powered PoE switch has to be powered by a 802.3at (limit of 25W) or some other variant that may not be an official standard like "Hi PoE". Your current switch may not be up to the task.

They would be standard POE cameras not POE+. I would actually need to purchase a switch on the other end and run it through the network as the NVR is currently utilizing its built-in switch.
