I'm looking to add this 4 port capture to my Blue Iris. Current using PCDVR software In which I have to use a IP port and command port of 1159. when I use the blue iris wizard it finds my port and even finds RTSP Port Deteced But wit the Command port it will not work. Any suggestions

Probably wont work...there are only a few cards that work with blue iris....you are better off replacing the cams with ip cameras or using an encoder...
