Yea, I have noticed that almost always when ever these individuals come around they always never put the door back up.
So there are places in the SF Bay area with curbside \ rural-type mailboxes?
I lived in Santa Clara 29 years and I though most were up on the side of the house or garage.

Yes I am in bay area and there are lot of houses with curbside However the newer houses now have cluster of mailboxes only not curbside on each house. Which is easy for mailbox person to put mail but again bad because Now we are getting reports criminals are just ripping the whole box out so they can get multiple boxes in one location.
