This is an unedited image from a relatively inexpensive 8MP IPC-T2831-ZS S2 which is currently being used as an overview to get a baseline sense of daily human behavior at a temporary location.
IT was not intended to provide LPR, but plates are easily identifiable during the day, and I was pleasantly surprised to easily be able to capture plates overnight.
Admittedly, vehicular traffic moves through this area at less the 10 MPH. The car is still moving in this image.
This is essentially a dark location. There is one floodlight close to the far end of the scene and a couple of motion activate LED lights high on the left.
