one camera is IPC-HDW4631C-A
other camera is IPC-HFW1230S
I have strange issue where on main stream whole event gets recorded. If i set 4 seconds of prerecord it is correct if i set 20 seconds of prerecord it is also correct. But for some strange reason substream is always recorded "late". example person walking on the street has already passed on substream but you can normally see it on mainstream for the same event.
To clarify, substream does not record whole event.
Any suggestions?
