Streaming Web URL Timeout 12000

Hello,

I am streaming a URL from radar.weather.gov to display looping weather radar. It is working good but it eventually times-out with error HTTP: 12000. A restart of the stream resolves it. My network is stable. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
