streaming h.264 from dahua camera by http?

Hello,

Sorry if this is a duplicate. From an older web API document(v1.67), there was a method GetStream by Http. http://<ip>/cgi-bin/realmonitor.cgi?action=getStream&channel=1&subtype=1
is it still valid? I tried on my dahua camera(C35) but it returned the following:

Code: 
Error
Bad Request!
