Stopping an alert when camera switches from night vision to daytime

Hi Chaps

I get a couple a fake alerts each day when the camera essentially switches from black and white to colour...is there a setting within BI that I can use to stop this ?

There's nothing foolproof, but in the motion sensor configuration, you can use the various object detection options to try to make Blue Iris smarter about what can cause a trigger.

I think the motion sensor part of this vid might help. You can set fields so that if there's a BIG change (light to dark) then it won't alert.
