Stop streaming video scheduled or manually?

I recently purchased many IPC-A15 and IPC-HDBW1120E cameras for home security and also a NVR4108-4KS2, and I would like to know if there is way to stop camera streaming or something like this where I'm at home.
How do you it? you have always enabled cameras?

Use a infrareddetector and put it on the NVR as incoming alarm with stopping recording.. you can set it at events
