Stop one second of motion from triggering alert

I have been using iSpy for a while now, and occasionally the lighting changes in the room, either cause a car passed by outside, or whatever. Using border highlighting it shows small "bits" of "movement" everywhere, so making it so it is less sensitive won't do anything. Is there a way to deal with this? So a quick change won't trigger a recording?

On the camera setting,recording tab>record an alert, then go to the alerts tab, mode>tick alerts enabled, mode>movement then tap that little box to the right, type in the time you want to ignore, try 1 second. This way iSPY will record on alert only after the movement has been happening for more than 1 second.
