So I have BI set up so that an email goes out when there is an error, warning, remote access or software reset.
At least that is what I want it to do.
What is actually happening is that an email goes out every hour on the hour regardless of these NOT happening, and I just get the generic message "error or status in BI" I have set up rather than the specific error info "replace email body with recent status message" checked off .....what am I screwing up here? How do I turn off the empty hourly emails so that just the status/error emails get through?
