Hello everybody,
I have an Technomate NVR with 4 Technomate cameras. I am able to see the cameras through mobile App, but I am struggling to see them live on star4live.
I installed one of the plugins through the link, I can see the NVR online and I can access all setting, but can't play live. Says it needs a plugin. I installed the first plug in but I understand I need a second (webplayer), but I don't know where to find it (no link for this one)
The computer is plugged to a switch wich then goes to the NVR.
I should say I have Guard Station 3.0 installed and it gives me the same problem (everything online, all settings visible, but no live view).
Is there a solution to this, or even a better way to see the cameras through PC?

Hi @carbold

This is the first time I have heard of Star4Live .. and seeing that it is a P2P product, thus potential security issues ..

In terms of recommended and best practices, members like to run a VPN server on their router ( or computer behind the router ) and then a VPN client and viewer application on the remote machine .. yes, takes some additional work to setup, but is the better option for security issues.
