Software to log Dahua camera settings - Does it exist?

Has software been developed to log/record to a local file Dahua camera settings when using Smart PSS on a Windows desktop? Or a standalone application that uses parts of Dahua HTTP API calls to list the appropriate camera settings?

When someone asks what are your camera settings the general response is to either post screen shots or text.

Is this the "Device Config Backup" file that is exported from the NVR?

It looks like it is 32, 681 lines long.
