I hope I am in the right place.
My computer specs are-
Win 7
Intel- Xeon CPU E31230 @ 3.20 GHz 3.60 GHz
16.0 GB Ram
Blue Iris Release- 4.3.2.1 X64
I am running 18 cameras- (Foscam, Logitech, IPCC and 2 cameras from China- no name really).
I noticed today when I take a snapshot from a video after it has recorded, the snapshot is upside down and backwards. If I take a snapshot while the video is recording, it comes out like it should.
I did change under options-cameras-Intel HD hardware acceleration (restart) to Yes (H.264), but when I noticed the snapshot not being correct, I went back to No. I did restart BI, plus I also rebooted my computer.
I have tried various cameras and they all do the same thing.
I have looked all over BI for settings that may have changed, but I haven't found any.
Any help would be much appreciated and thank you in advance.
Here is a pic of my problem and one that is correct.
