We have a SD49425XB-HNR that we would like to grab snapshots from. I've figured out that works, but there's a problem with permissions. If I put a user and pass in with full unrestricted permissions, it works great. I don't want to give full permissions to the user for the RTSP / snapshot because of who has it, and I don't want them logging in and tweeking the camera. TV station, and the on-air weather people have access to the user / pass. I've allowed the following: Live, Playback, File Backup, Storage, AV Parameter - only the first two are needed for RTSP - for the user, but I end up getting:

Turning on everything makes it work, and I've tried stepping through and adding one permission at a time. Even adding all one at a time doesn't make it work.
What permissions should be necessary to take snapshots using the URL as above? I cannot find any docs that explain what is needed. The camera does take nice snapshots.
