SmartPss with Dahua

Hi all,

Asking for help, i have the Dahua NVR and i work with smartpss.
I cannot find way to use the fast forward option on more than X8..
The company i work for (Casino) is in a need for at least X32.
Does anyone found a way to run it faster?

Mine also runs only up to 8x. The 5216-4ks2 nvr goes up to 16x.
 
I've found that anything above 4x causes larger video steps which would potentially skip over a short event. Maybe I need to update to newer dahua nvr. Or maybe just higher end.
