I'm trying to setup SmartPSS with a local hard drive. I have all my IVS rules setup on the cameras which trigger BI for notifications and that works great. I have gone through the configuration of the PC-NVR with a second hard drive fully allocated, but I can't make it record based on IVS rules only.
I have set the schedule to record "Regular, MD and Alarm, and IVS" but it won't record anything unless I enable "Motion Detect" on each camera, which in turns nullifies IVS.
I couldn't find any instructions anywhere on how to set this up. Those of you using SmartPSS, how do you have it trigger recording based on camera IVS rules?
