Smartphone app hang time shifting (Android)

Dear all,
whenever I try to view a registration on the mobile app, as soon as I try to move the slider to go back in time, it just stays there hanging. It's not frozen because I can go back to another camera.
This happens both on 4G and on WiFi on the same network as the BI server.
