Single camera in BI keeps distorting signal

Not sure this is a specific BI issue (may be a setting if so), if not, maybe someone experience this previously or can provide any general guidance.

This is what happens on a regular basis recently to one of my cameras. Resetting it works fine for a little while then after a random amount of time goes back. Hik vision IP cam.

Here's what I noticed. When viewing it in BI app it's distorted. Going to another ip cam app or web it takes a second to load but when it comes its its fine.

Then going back to BI app it looks fine again (for a little while)

3-4 minutes after it looks fine it slowly starts to distort.

keep it own in the web browser and see if it starts happening there...
 
Doesn't appear to start to distort. But looking at it on another app it appears to quickly lose then regain signal. Not sure if app or feed. I will have to check when I get in front of CPU.
