Show video on tablet/phone if audio detected?

Hi.

Is there a nice camera or a setup that can make my Android tablet/phone wake up and show video from a wireless IP camera if audio is detected? I'm currently using tinyCam to see the video but my webcam doesn't have any kind of audio detection.
