Is there an under $300 POE camera that will properly expose a face at 10-15' without IR at night under porch light illumination? I have an issue with face wash out at close range with IR.

Welcome Don,

Many of us like the Dahua OEM starlight cameras for low light conditions. Look for the Dahua OEM mini-dome wedge model for the front door, or th IPC-HDW42xx or IPC-HDW5231xx models.
