Do I just copy the clips from my old system's New and Storage folders over to the new machines folders, and then let the database rebuild?

You can do that or copy the data base over as well.
Be sure everything gets put back in the proper folders.
Be sure to un-register BI on the old computer first, it's in the about tab.

Thanks. It took all of 20 minutes to get the new one running. I did remember to un-register the old one, thanks to many posts here. Power savings is way over 100 watts. Crazy. What do you suggest I use to remote in to control the new server as a headless unit?
To watch recordings/live views, I use the BI iOS app or BI's built-in web server. If I have to manage anything in BI or that Windows box, I use WIndow's built-in Remote Desktop feature.
