Considering the loudness of the 22TB Purple Pro HDD that I tried out in my Dell Precision camera computer at home, I thought maybe I'd install the drive in an Asustor AS5402T NAS for our gun shop camera system to use as storage. Maybe run a 6TB SSD for the New video/clips on my desktop, and then move to storage on the NAS at a certain space limit set on the SSD.
Anyone used the Asustor or setup a NAS in a similar fashion?
