SD1A203T-GN-W safe to update to latest firmware on Dahau website ?

So I have the above camera in the UK on PAL am I ok to update with the firmware on the Dahau website or will it mess up my UK version

The files I've found are

looking at my current firmware it's 2.622.0000000.7.R, Build Date: 2018-04-04 which looks older so am I safe to update ?
