Does anyone have recommendations on micr SD cards to use or avoid with these cameras? All of my camera are/will be 2MP starlights.

Do not buy memory cards from EBAY.
Do not buy the lowest price cards.
Always use H2TESTW program to test the SD card before use. It is an old program but works great.
I use Samsung cards, purchased at Walmart or on amazon. Still I have had a number of counterfeit cards.

Consider paying a bit more for an "endurance" card, depending upon your situation. See my post in this other thread for my explanation.
I did some testing across multiple SD cards for cams up to 4K (8MP) and posted my results here. Short answer I would go with Samsung Endurance Pro as 1st, Toshiba Exceria M303, Evo Plus. As others have mentioned, don't buy from EBAY. Purchase from a legit source to ensure you don't get fake cards
