Schedule changes

I'm having an issue that I just can't seem to pinpoint. I have a schedule set up in BI that changes the profile each morning and each night. It all works great. Now I'm wanting to use other methods of changing the schedule so I uncheck the box to ignore the schedule. For some reason my profile is still changing each morning and night. It looks like the schedule is still active. Is there something more I need to do? Maybe I need to remove all the info in the schedule as well as turn it off? I'm not sure. Any ideas?

While searching the forums I came across a reply by Fenderman that says this :

"There are 3 states to the icon you are referring to. Run (green), pause/temp(yellow) and hold (red). Essentially, whatever command you are using to change your profiles is sending a pause temp override which will be subject to the profile temp time limit set in the blue iris options > profiles tab which by default is 480 minuets."

I think this may be my issue. I'm sending a '2' which I thought was a Hold but it might not be. I'll check more into the command I'm sending.
