Sannace POE IP pin outs

Hello forum,

please can anyone advice on the correct pin out to connect a Sannce POE camera to CAT5 wiring.
I have two cameras with corroded RG45 connectors that do not allow me to work out which colour should go where. also it’s too far gone to strip down. See photos of wiring I have and would like to know how they should go to the stand CAT5 colours.

green cable is positive power + (12v)
green/white is négative poser (0v)
